Job Title: Support Assistant for Students with ASD
Job Description:
We are seeking a Support Assistant to work with students who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a 2:1 Psychology-based Degree from a UK Top 30 University and experience working with ASD or other SEN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to students with ASD in and outside of the classroom
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Assist students with daily living skills, such as personal care and organization
Requirements:
- Minimum of a 2:1 Psychology-based Degree from a UK Top 30 University
- Experience working with ASD or other SEN (desired but not essential)
- Resilience, enthusiasm, and subject knowledge that can be applied to the role
