About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled E&I Engineer to join our team in the Offshore sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the annual testing of the fire and gas system and emergency shut-down system to the satisfaction of the certifying authority. Additionally, you will become technically familiar with ISP E&I control systems, equipment and manuals, and identify where or when the ISP could be at risk by exposure to obsolescence or failure to meet performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and risk assess all E&I modifications;
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Support Operational Risk Assessment against E&I related Performance Standards equipment;
  • Develop in-house engineering for E&I control systems modifications where appropriate;

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have relevant years' experience in the offshore industry as an E&I Engineer or related role. A qualified Electrical or Instrument Engineering degree (HNC level) with relevant vocational experience is also required. You should be proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project. Dock yard or fabrication yard experience is an asset.Familiarity with fire and gas systems;
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
