About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Payman Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our evening shift, including checking-in and checking-out guests, handling room assignments and any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities
  • To provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings and payments in our Property Management System.
  • To manage and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the shift.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive and have a strong attention to detail. A salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum is offered for this role, depending on experience.
