About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our St Albans Store and drive business growth.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of fashion enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

You will be accountable for the store's performance, working closely with your Territory Leader to identify opportunities to improve KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through commerciality, collaboration, resilience, and customer obsession.
  • Create a customer-obsessed atmosphere in the store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Develop and lead a team who support one another and deliver a fun and engaging shopping experience.
  • Work closely with your Territory Leader to identify opportunities to improve KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
  • Be fully accountable for the store's performance, driving business growth and exceeding targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous store or deputy management experience.
  • Track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
  • Commercial acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to handle inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment efficiently.
