Store Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our St Albans Store and drive business growth.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of fashion enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain a high level of store performance.
You will work closely with the Territory Leader to identify opportunities to improve KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through commerciality, collaboration, resilience, and customer obsession.
- Create a customer-obsessed atmosphere in the store, helping customers express their individuality, personality, and unique style through fashion.
- Develop and lead a team who support one another and deliver results, while having fun along the way.
- Be fully accountable for store performance, working with the Territory Leader to identify opportunities to improve KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous store or deputy management experience.
- A track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
- Commercial acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment efficiently.
