Store Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our St Albans Store and drive business growth.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of fashion enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain a high level of store performance.
You will work closely with the Territory Leader to identify opportunities to improve KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through commerciality, collaboration, resilience, and customer obsession.
- Create a customer-obsessed atmosphere in the store, helping customers express their individuality, personality, and unique style through fashion.
- Develop and lead a team who support one another and deliver results while having fun.
- Be fully accountable for store performance, working with the Territory Leader to identify opportunities to improve KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
We are looking for someone with previous store or deputy management experience, a track record of effectively leading and managing a team, and a passion for the New Look brand.
You should have a history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives, commercial acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and exceptional organizational skills.
