**Job Description**
Zen Educate is looking for a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Exeter. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs and helping them to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting children with special education needs, and be able to lead a team of teaching assistants to deliver high-quality support to students. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of student progress and reporting any concerns to the relevant authorities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting students with complex needs in a variety of settings, including classrooms, playgrounds, and therapy rooms
- Developing and implementing individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective support
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and reporting any concerns to the relevant authorities
**What We Offer**
