Purchase Ledger Administrator

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to join its finance team on a temporary basis. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in managing the purchase ledger, processing supplier invoices, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities
This role involves a range of duties, including:
- Processing supplier invoices and setting up payments.
- Managing the purchase ledger and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handling reviews and approvals, and resolving any queries that may arise.
- Supporting month-end tasks, including accruals, prepayments, journals, and analysis.
- Ensuring transactional processes are accurate and compliant with statutory and legal requirements.
- Performing reconciliations and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in financial administration, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Experience with Oracle is advantageous but not essential. We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and contributing to the success of our finance team.
