Job Title: Depot Plant Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Depot Plant Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager with the safe operation of the site
  • Implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) System
  • Plan and execute downtime for key equipment overhauls
  • Collaborate with engineering, PLC controls, and electronics teams
  • Develop and maintain materials handling, confined spaces, and working at heights procedures
  • Provide first aid training and ensure WAMITAB competency standards are met
  • Operate a telehandler truck and obtain a telehandler licence
  • Work weekends, participate in a rota basis, and monitor the AD Process remotely

Requirements:

  • Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Experience in a related process industry
  • PLC controls, electronics, or engineering experience
  • Materials handling, confined spaces, and working at heights experience
  • First aid qualification or experience
  • Full UK driving licence

What We Offer:

  • Up to £40,000 per annum dependent on experience + allowance + overtime
  • 25 days holiday + BH, 4% employer pension, and x4 life assurance
