Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Care technician to join our team at Spire Tunbridge Wells Hospital. Responsibilities and Duties:
• Maintain service provision within the Clinical Governance framework to ensure exceptional patient care and uphold high standards of practice.
• Deliver high-quality patient care, meeting the individual needs and preferences of each patient.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives, prioritizing patient needs and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Salary and Benefits:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
• A relevant qualification, such as HCPC registration, and extensive experience in a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
