Maintenance Operations Planner

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team in Oxfordshire. This is a permanent role that offers a great opportunity to make a significant contribution to our business.
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per year
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance process is efficient and reliable. This includes developing, managing, and enhancing the preventative maintenance schedule for the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the preventative maintenance schedule for the site.
- Ensure the maintenance process is efficient and reliable to minimise production impact.
Requirements:
- An Engineering Apprenticeship and/or NVQ Level 3 or above (e.g., li).
- Proven experience in planning and managing maintenance activities and projects.
- Experience in a manufacturing and packaging environment.
- Proficiency in using SAP is highly desirable.
