Production Maintenance Planner

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Maintenance Planner with EC&I Partners, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing work orders for completeness and returning them to the gatekeeper if incomplete;
  • Reviewing work orders for adequate definition of the required solution and liaising with the Technical Team as required;
  • Using archived plans as the basis for actual plans;
  • Identifying task parts, activities, tools, services, and equipment necessary to execute jobs;
  • Preparing work packs detailing parts, services, resource, duration, and cost data in CMMS;
  • Preparing Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) including Permit Requests;
  • Maintaining the CMMS to plan all maintenance and engineering work on site;
  • Planning work to fill a six-week schedule, making effective use of available resources and dynamic decisions based on operational needs;
