Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our Front Office team at the Mercure Aberdeen Caledonian Hotel. As a key ambassador for our hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a hotel ambassador, representing the brand and company at all times.
  • Comply with all Security and Health & Safety policies.
  • Utilize attention to detail, maintain high standards, and be receptive to training and coaching.
  • Work under supervision, be polite and helpful to colleagues and guests, possess good communication skills, and be friendly, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
  • Communicate effectively with multi-cultural clientele, possessing a positive, motivated, friendly, and trustworthy outlook while on duty.
  • Act upon guest feedback to continually improve our experiences.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance personal knowledge and skills, and be actively involved in creating office best practices.
