Key Responsibilities

- Pro-actively service, support, and provide customers with improvement opportunities to increase income, maximise attrition and meet Company strategic objectives.
- Assist in the implementation of new customers and develop relationships that reflect positively on the Company.
- Assist with new business implementations and sales department.
- Adept at navigating complex business needs and effectively driving growth.
- Awareness of cultural differences, with an ability to adapt style as required across our global footprint.
- Manage account Management Reviews, including Account development and improvement plans.
- Responsible for contract and service level agreement creation, fee reviews & monitoring of performance.
- Develop and provide data analysis and reporting.
- Facilitate and manage product demonstrations.
- Manage and update information in any client database the company may apply.
- Review and propose updates to the travel policy, including consultation and compliance monitoring.
- Matrix management, connecting the customer and Travel at all levels within each business.
- Manage attrition in line with the business KPIs.
- Attend events on behalf of the company.
- Commitment to continual personal development, ensuring market, industry, and competitor knowledge is exemplary.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Degree level educated in related discipline or equivalent experience in account management.
- Extensive experience in account management, preferably with global or multi-national customers.
- Extensive experience working with senior level decision makers.
- Demonstrable experience in project management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to process complex information.
- Strategic thinker.
- Extensive experience with MS office packages.
The role offers the opportunity for Hybrid working and is dependent on commercial demands.
