  • Pro-actively service, support, and provide customers with improvement opportunities to increase income, maximise attrition and meet Company strategic objectives.
  • Assist in the implementation of new customers and develop relationships that reflect positively on the Company.
  • Assist with new business implementations and sales department.
  • Adept at navigating complex business needs and effectively driving growth.
  • Awareness of cultural differences, with an ability to adapt style as required across our global footprint.
  • Manage account Management Reviews, including Account development and improvement plans.
  • Responsible for contract and service level agreement creation, fee reviews & monitoring of performance.
  • Develop and provide data analysis and reporting.
  • Facilitate and manage product demonstrations.
  • Manage and update information in any client database the company may apply.
  • Review and propose updates to the travel policy, including consultation and compliance monitoring.
  • Matrix management, connecting the customer and Travel at all levels within each business.
  • Manage attrition in line with the business KPIs.
  • Attend events on behalf of the company.
  • Commitment to continual personal development, ensuring market, industry, and competitor knowledge is exemplary.
