Materials Scientist for Battery Development

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing structure-property correlations and characterising their impact on battery performance
  • Contributing creatively to brainstorming sessions, studies, and project meetings
  • Proposing and designing novel materials to solve chemical synthetic issues

We seek a candidate with a strong background in synthetic organic chemistry and polymers, complementing a PhD in Chemistry. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in industry or as a post-doc is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, a 10% signing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract with possibilities for future roles within the organisation.
