We're seeking a driven and motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic Sales team. As a key player in generating leads through cold calling, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records on our CRM system.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to develop a deep understanding of car models, features, and pricing to effectively address customer enquiries. You'll also be expected to maintain excellent customer service, liaise with external parties, and communicate feedback to management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the automotive industry. You'll be passionate about sales, driven to solve problems, and a team player willing to support your colleagues.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £25,000, plus commission structure and bonuses. You'll also enjoy private healthcare, numerous social events, and training opportunities.

About the Role

  1. Generate leads through cold calling and ensure compliance with our lead generation process.
  2. Develop knowledge of car models, features, and pricing to address customer enquiries.
  3. Maintain excellent customer service and liaise with external parties as needed.
  4. Communicate feedback to management and ensure compliance with FCA guidance and accreditation.
