Job Title: Field Service Engineer - EPOS Systems

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the EPOS Systems industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of EPOS Systems hardware and software issues
  • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products and components as directed
  • Participate in regular hardware and software trainings to maintain product knowledge and ITIL skills
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Organize and inventory truck stock parts and tools
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of more than 1 year as a Service Technician
  • Successfully completed education in IT or mechatronic/electronic-related profession
  • Product knowledge of the relevant industry and basic ITIL skills preferred
  • Shift adaptability, including an on-call rotation for evenings and weekends
  • Exceptional customer service skills
What We Offer:
  • A competitive day rate of £134.46 per day in scope of IR35 (umbrella)
  • Overtime rates for hours worked outside of your rota: £22.41 per hour (umbrella) for Monday to Saturday, £88 per hour (umbrella) for Sundays and Bank holidays, £2.00 (umbrella) for standby hourly rate Monday to Saturday, and £3.00 (umbrella) for standby hourly rate Sunday
  • A van, fuel card, mobile phone, and laptop to carry out the role
  • A 1 in 3 on-call weekly rota
