Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Facilities Engineer to join our team at Odin Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring high standards are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair faults, identifying problems on site and implementing solutions.
  • Oversee services related to electrical maintenance, mechanics, hydraulics, carpentry, and masonry.
  • Responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities.
  • Perform electrical repairs of fixtures and equipment.
  • Design, plan, construct, and maintain equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.
  • Conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required.

Requirements:

  • A trade apprenticeship with a minimum of 5 years practical experience in the industry.
  • Educated to GCSE Level standard or equivalent in Maths, English, and Science subjects.
  • Qualification: O.N.C. or C & G Certificate, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven ability in fault finding.
  • Strong electrical/mechanical skills, electrically biased.
