About the Job

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Healthcare Support Professional to join our team at the NHS. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent patient care and supporting the Practice Nurse Lead.

Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking and recording tasks following appropriate training, measuring and recording physiological measurements, and performing new patient health checks. You will also provide chaperone services and assist in maintaining stock levels and control.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health Care or QCF Diploma Level 2 or 3
  • GCSE Grade A-C in English and Mathematics
  • Experience in the NHS or a GP surgery
  • Ability to use own judgment and common sense
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Possess a pleasant and polite manner
  • Demonstrate care, compassion, and empathy
  • Able to work within a team and on own

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
