On-Site Support Engineer

Job Description
The On-Site Support Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing technical equipment at customer locations in Barry. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Duties:
- Carry out equipment installations and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Deliver workshops and training sessions to customers on equipment operation.
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar position.
- Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
