Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to clients with dementia, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Assist with medication management and administer medications as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a care home setting is essential.
  • Valid Medication Management certificate is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and professionals.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
