Employee Relations:

  • Take minutes and provide basic employee relations advice.
  • Assist with investigations and support managers in the absence of the HR Advisor.

Administration Support:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR administration, including contracts and offer letters.
  • Maintain HR records and databases.

Miscellaneous:

  • Record sickness and absence.
  • Support with starter and leaver processes.
  • Analyze HR processes and assist with internal audits.
  • Provide weekly and monthly HR reporting.
  • Perform other HR duties as required.

About You:

  • Previous HR experience is essential, with a good knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT knowledge, including SAP and Microsoft Office, and an understanding of HR systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A focus on quality, with commercial and customer awareness.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
  • HR qualification desirable but not essential.
