Customer Success Manager EMEA

Dailymotion Exchange is a leading video hosting and broadcasting solution for professionals in all sectors. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in EMEA.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point-of-contact for advertisers and agencies, handling all campaign-related inquiries from start to finish. Your main KPIs will be client conversion and retention.

Your scope will include:

  1. Responding to RFPs and client inquiries, working closely with Sales, AdOps, and Marketing teams.
  2. Identifying opportunities for key accounts and building strong advertising recommendations to meet client needs and objectives.
  3. Expanding and developing client relationships, focusing on client retention, growth, renewal, and satisfaction.
  4. Conducting in-depth analysis of campaign performances and developing actionable insights/recommendations for future campaigns.
  5. Collaborating with AdOps and Sales Marketing teams to secure campaign delivery and build effective media and insights solutions.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in adtech, media agency, or saleshouse in a similar position.
  2. First experience with the UK market is appreciated.
  3. Understanding of key notions in programmatic and digital advertising ecosystem.
  4. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  5. Fluent in English and French.
  6. Solid computer skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Suite.
  7. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
