Dovetail and Slate is seeking an experienced Education Quality Manager to join our team in a prison setting. As an Assistant Manager for Quality, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality education programs to prisoners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the education department in delivering Functional Skills Maths & English to prisoners
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the effectiveness of education programs
- Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance the learning experience and outcomes for prisoners
- Contribute to the development of vocational learning courses, such as Carpentry, Bricklaying, and Horticulture
