Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Fiber Glass Systems team in Plymouth. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Identify future opportunities and changes to project scope, working with the Sales team to secure variation orders.
  • Work with Technical Managers and Engineers to ensure technical compliance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work with Procurement and directly with suppliers to manage supply of materials for your projects.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate planning skills, either as a Project Manager or in another role. Project Management certification would be an advantage.
  • Have a commercial and financial understanding and experience with budgeting.
  • Demonstrate IT literacy, with a willingness to learn and adapt to managing data through our ERP system.
  • Have the ability to understand technical drawings, though internal training will be provided.
