Responsibilities:
  • Providing support and assistance to patients suffering from various mental health conditions
  • Working on shift basis in a hospital ward or care home as assigned by the organisation

We require good communication skills and an ability to take records. Previous experience of working with people in a social care/support setting is highly desirable. For this role, we estimate an annual salary of approximately £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience and location.

You will work alongside other professionals in multidisciplinary teams in order to tackle complex patient problems. The successful candidate will be required to attend mandatory training and undergo enhanced CRB disclosure if necessary.
