The Sterling Choice is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its dynamic engineering team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to play a critical part in maintaining and repairing site equipment, ensuring operations run smoothly and compliance with technical regulations is upheld.

About the Job

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000, along with benefits that include 10% product discount, enhanced pension, life assurance, and health benefits. Our ideal candidate will have strong mechanical experience, electrical qualifications, and ONC or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical. PLC programming and diagnostic knowledge are also desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promptly attend to breakdowns and perform world-class repairs.
  • Conduct regular maintenance to reduce downtime.
  • Recommend productivity improvements and cost-saving measures.
  • Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
