About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Sales Specialist to join our team at Lifelancer. As a leading innovator in women's health, we empower people to live healthier lives everywhere, every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls and meetings with key decision-makers to introduce and upsell our portfolio of medical devices.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, including surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, procurement, supply chain, and healthcare providers.
  • Present and work closely with stakeholders to achieve sales objectives, providing surgical procedure and technical product support in surgery, as well as ongoing customer service in accordance with company policy.
  • Stay up-to-date with market information for your territory to ensure maximization of market share, product acceptance, and specifications.
  • Travel across the South East of the UK, working within a team of experienced and driven sales professionals.

Requirements:

  • Ability to develop and execute a tactical sales plan.
  • Commercial experience in successfully selling consumables and capital equipment within the medical or pharmaceutical industry, specifically within the surgical area.
  • Strong stakeholder management, building new business pipelines, and upselling within existing clients.
  • A proven track record of exceeding forecasted sales targets.
