Registered Manager Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead a fantastic residential and supported living service in the Sheffield area.

This service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential and supported living services, with a focus on quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to service users.
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to provide a comprehensive support network.

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in Learning Disabilities.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
