Job Title: Registered Manager for Learning Disabilities Service

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Sheffield area.

The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will possess strong staff management skills, excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, and a passion for delivering high-quality person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation.
  • Develop and implement person-centered care plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of care services.
