Job Title: 12AB IPV Driver + Lead Traffic Management Operative

FM Conway is seeking a skilled and experienced 12AB IPV Driver + Lead Traffic Management Operative to join our team based at our Heathrow depot. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, and de-installation of traffic management systems on high-speed roads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a crew of operatives, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and tasks.
  • Accountable for health and safety, identifying and mitigating potential risks and hazards.
  • Report complex issues to the TSCO or senior leadership team, maintaining accurate records of installations, maintenance, removals, incidents, and client documentation.
  • Upskill TTMBC's and 12AB Operatives to enhance their skills and progression within traffic management.
  • Drive 18t vehicles, conducting defect checks and recording driver hours in accordance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in installing, managing, and de-installing traffic management on high-speed roads.
  • Strong management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Hold a Class 2 licence, CPC, TTMBC, and a 12 AB Lantra ticket.
