Job Title: Traffic Management Operative

FM Conway is seeking a skilled Traffic Management Operative to join our team based at our Heathrow depot. As a key member of our team, you will work a mix of days and nights, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of traffic management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with management and crews to ensure effective site operations
  • Conduct on-site assessments to identify potential hazards and implement safety measures
  • Respond to emergencies and notify relevant personnel as required
  • Participate in a rota-based on-call system to provide 24/7 support
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of traffic management operations and procedures
  • Valid CSCS card and relevant traffic management tickets (Lantra – TTMBC, M1/2, M5, M6)
