FM Conway is seeking a skilled and experienced 12AB IPV Driver + Lead Traffic Management Operative to join our team based at our Heathrow depot. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, and de-installation of traffic management systems on high-speed roads.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a crew of operatives, ensuring everyone is aware of their responsibilities and working safely.
- Accountable for health and safety, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and reporting complex issues to senior leadership.
- Manage accurate records of installations, maintenance, removals, incidents, accidents, and client documentation.
- Upskill TTMBC's and 12AB Operatives to enhance their skills and progression within traffic management.
- Drive 18t vehicles, conducting defect checks and recording driver hours in accordance with regulations.
To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience in installing, managing, and de-installing traffic management on high-speed roads, as well as strong leadership and management skills. You must hold a Class 2 licence, CPC, TTMBC, and a 12 AB Lantra ticket.
