We are a leading manufacturer and installer of double-glazed windows, based in London. As our new Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our local territory, working closely with the sales team to exceed targets.

The role offers unlimited commission, with realistic earnings potential exceeding £100,000 per year, as well as comprehensive training from industry leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Expediting customer complaints and resolving issues
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing, logistics, and technical service teams
  • Developing and implementing personal sales strategies
  • Providing regular reports to management

To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience within the double glazing industry, with a willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing circumstances.

You will be provided with a business telephone, computer/laptop, showrooms, and factory facilities. Our existing Sales Consultants are successful but unable to handle the workload, making this an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual.

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in Windows/Door Selling
  • 1+ year's experience in Windows Designer
  • Valid Driving Licence (preferred)
