Support Assistant

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Classroom Assistant to join our team at Excell Supply. As a Classroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our schools and ensuring the well-being of children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to teachers in planning and delivering lessons, contributing to the educational development of students.
- Assist with the supervision of children during playtime and lunchtime, promoting a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Observe and record student progress, providing valuable feedback to teaching staff.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, fostering good behavior and encouraging student participation.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., education, childcare) is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting, is advantageous.
- An Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service is mandatory; we can assist with the application process if necessary.
