An independent legal firm in Paisley seeks a temporary secretary to assist their directors.

**Job Tasks:**

Responsibilities:
  • Provide typing support using BigHand software, delivering accurate transcripts.
  • Prepare reports and documents, adhering to company standards.
  • Work independently, managing tasks and meeting deadlines.

**Essential Skills & Experience:**

  • Proven experience in copy/audio and dictation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

**Compensation:** £13.00 per hour

This is a temporary role, running until Christmas, with potential extension. Successful candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.
