- Technical Training and Support: Deliver, install, and configure all Fircosoft applications to specified requirements, providing technical training and transfer of knowledge.
- Product and Service Determination: Determine the types of products and services required by clients, troubleshooting customer issues during implementation.
- Project Management Skills: Have experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle management.
