Role Overview:
Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated Social & Emotional Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Greenwich. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs, including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, fostering a nurturing environment that promotes their emotional and social well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to ensure each student's success, developing and implementing personalized support plans.
- Work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to create a positive and inclusive school environment.
