Job Title: Fast Food Venue Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fast Food Venue Manager to join our team at Haven. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our branded QSR venues, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver our performance targets against budget, manage stock, margin, and cost control
  • Complete relevant administrative tasks, including team rotas, safety and legislative compliance checks
  • Drive continuous improvement, provide solutions to issues, and set goals for growth
  • Lead and coach the team, ensuring they work productively and develop professionally
  • Engage and inspire the team to always be Guest-obsessed
  • Effectively recruit and train new team members

Salary: £30,000 plus benefits, and the opportunity to earn up to 10% Annual Bonus

Experience and Qualifications:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager or Store Manager in a well-known Takeaway Brand, Quick Service Restaurant, or Fast Food Franchise. Alternatively, you may be an experienced Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager looking for the next step. You will need:

  • Proven experience leading large teams in a Food & Beverage or similar environment
  • Experience in managing operations, performance, resources, and cost control
  • Confidently deal with Guest concerns and resolve problems
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
  • Strong decision-making ability
