Join Our Team as a Social Media Programme Specialist

At SoftwareOne, we're passionate about empowering our employees to unleash their creativity and work in harmony with their personal lives. As a Social Media Programme Specialist, you'll play a key role in implementing our social media strategy across all global and corporate channels, analyzing campaign results, and building followers and positive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar and support the creation of a content pipeline.
  • Ensure updated, relevant social media content is appearing across all channels, including content creation, curation, and posting.
  • Track KPIs and analyze data obtained, including SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and understand how they relate to SoftwareOne's own tools, channels, and content.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as customer marketing, communications, regional leaders, etc.
  • Maintain compliance with global social media policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Support the Global Head of Social Media in crisis communications.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, online marketing, or a related field, in the B2B technology space.
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in creating engaging content and executing impactful social media programmes.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to adapt social media strategies to regional norms and needs.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English. Native English speaker with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and tools, including Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of best practices for social media platforms, such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO and keyword search.
  • Proficiency in tools for content creation, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
  • Experience with Jira and Sharepoint is a plus.
