Job Description
">The Territory Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This individual will be responsible for executing Solventum's Medical Surgical Solutions Value Proposition for 3M Negative Pressure Wound Therapy in both acute and community settings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing value-based pricing strategies to drive profitable growth
- Developing and implementing business plans to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and product use
- Maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business, clinical)
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the medical industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits
">This position comes with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, Solventum offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
