We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at European Tech Recruit. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading pre-sales activities, project implementation, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaboration: Develop a high-performing team environment with effective communication and adherence to business processes.
- Solutions and Demonstrations: Partner with sales teams to craft solutions, deliver demonstrations, and provide strategic insights while staying updated on product and market trends.
- Project Delivery: Plan and manage project delivery on time and within budget, resolving escalations and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Cross-Functional Excellence: Foster team excellence through mentorship, development, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, project implementation, and leadership roles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for building trusted customer relationships.
- Expertise in project planning, risk management, and documentation.
- Able to drive cross-functional collaboration and continuously improve processes.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring capabilities.
The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
