We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Estate Agency team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and lettings growth, managing a team of estate agents, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales and lettings performance, goals, and challenges.
- Coach and develop the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Encourage team development and progression, identifying opportunities for training and development.
- Focus on generating new and repeat business, developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
- Liaise with prospective buyers and arrange property viewings in line with their needs.
- Negotiate offers and agree sales, ensuring the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, Property Valuer position, or higher.
- Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work under own initiative and good telephone manner.
- Strong IT skills, including basic Microsoft packages.
- Attention to detail.
- Competitive salary and on-target earnings.
- Basic salary of £22,000 to £25,000, dependent on experience.
- Five months of supplementary payments to support you while you build your pipeline.
- Uncapped commission scheme.
- BMW 1 Series company car or monthly car allowance.
- Enrolment onto a fully-funded training course to earn a Level 2 Estate Agent Qualification.
