About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Inventory Optimisation Specialist to join our merchandising team. As the bridge between Buying, Merchandising, and Retail stores, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective stock management strategies to meet business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales data and analyse trends to inform stock management decisions
  • Develop and implement efficient stock rotation and replenishment plans
  • Collaborate with Buying and Merchandising teams to identify opportunities for stock optimisation
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely and efficient stock movements
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement
