About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Quality Management System (QMS) compliance audits as a team member and/or lead as needed.
  • Interact with all levels of internal management across functions and business units.
  • Communicate results of audits and internal control evaluations in reports and presentations.
  • Evaluate audit responses for adequacy, including root cause, timeliness, and apply knowledge to facilitate appropriate corrective action.
  • Resolve complex issues and raise concerns through business and Quality Management.
  • Participate in and/or support preparation of regulatory agency inspections and/or responses to external observations as needed.
  • Maintain all organizational and professional ethical standards while actively advocating and monitoring compliance.
  • Support continuous improvement of the audit program and Global Compliance.
  • Participate in special projects/investigations as needed.
  • Demonstrates multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Can independently make quick, sound decisions with limited data and implement appropriate judgment on when to escalate information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (Science or Engineering preferred).
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Quality, Compliance, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field - with 5+ years of management experience preferred.
