About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at HFH Healthcare in Newbury, UK. As a Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, tracheostomies, and ventilation requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Deliver care and support services 24/7, including day and night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standards of care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in care and support, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance, which will be applied for upon registration.
