Student Services Administrator

The Student Services at London South Bank University are seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Student Services Administrator.
This role requires providing administrative support to the directorate and its departments, including collecting and working with statistical data from internal and external sources.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of operating with data and statistical information to the level of expert usage of MS Excel, including its pivot tables and vlookups functionality.
The job is full-time (35 hours per week, Monday - Friday) and permanent, with a hybrid working model in place.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the adoption and further utilisation of the digital platform Salesforce and its PDP functionality.
This is a key role within the university, and the right candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and administration.
