Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Ground Investigation consultancy based near Basingstoke. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, profiling and responding to requests and quotes for work, qualifying and tracking sales, and attending industry events to network and develop new leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members and clients
  • Conduct market research to identify industry patterns and trends
  • Promote the business and its brand through various channels
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify and track sales opportunities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in the Ground Investigation and/or Engineering sector
  • Strong business development, sales processes, and fee proposal skills
  • Relevant qualifications at A-Level or equivalent and/or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject
