Aerospace and Defence Business Development Professional

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and passionate Business Development Manager to join InstaVolt, the UK's leading public EV charging company. You'll play a key role in accelerating the growth of the company, helping to meet the UK's net zero aims through the decarbonisation of transport in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a network of contacts and attract new clients to meet company growth requirements
- Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels
- Build positive relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare sales presentations and participate in sales meetings
- Drive engagement with clients to ensure swift and efficient completion of leases
- Ensure clients understand the entire process and requirements for deploying chargers
- Prepare and execute tender opportunities
- Understand overall sales targets for the business and contribute to achieving them
- Liaise with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
- Produce reports for management
- Experience in selling and growing accounts to meet business demand is critical
- Ability to seek new opportunities using tailored approaches and adapt to client requirements
- 5+ years in business development or sales
- Experience prioritising tasks to meet business requirements
- Proven experience working in a team and meeting deadlines
- Flexible style to work across multiple clients on various levels
- Ability to manage numerous projects and deliver business objectives
- Self-motivated and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
- Target driven and able to perform well under pressure
- Competitive salary dependent on experience and qualifications
- Company sick pay (30 days full pay and 30 days half pay per annum)
